To discuss an assignment or request a fee and delivery proposal, provide the property and assignment information below.
Information to Include
Property address or parcel number, property type, intended use, effective date, requested delivery date and any assignment-specific requirements.
For residential lender assignments, indicate whether the lender confirms that a narrative Appraisal Report is acceptable and that UAD 3.6, URAR and UCDP delivery are not required.
Before Sending Confidential Documents
An initial inquiry should identify the property, client and intended use. Additional confidential, financial, legal or lending documents can be provided after the assignment requirements and appropriate method of transmission have been established.
